- Stage 1, Saturday 24 July 2021: Prologue 4.1km time trial with 660m uphill gradient
- Stage 2, Sunday 25 July 2021: 41km with 2,540m uphill gradient
- Stage 3, Monday 26 July 2021: 23.4km time trial with 1,950m uphill gradient. Start from Pré-la-Joux (chairlift access)
- Stage 4, Tuesday 27 July 2021: 59.5km marathon leg with 4170m uphill gradient
- DAY OFF, Wednesday 28 July 2021
- Stage 5, Thursday 29 July 2021: 49km with 3,020m uphill gradient
- Stage 6, Friday 30 July 2021: 37km surprise stage with 2610m uphill gradient: profile and course kept secret from the athletes. The only info provided relates to the overall distance and the location of the aid stations in kilometres.
- Stage 7, Saturday 31 July 2021: 29km with 2,210m uphill gradient. Pursuit race start for ELITE men of the OUREA Xtrem and ELITE women of the OUREA 120. Mass wave start for all.
Ultra-trail with stages, for a true holiday feel!
- OUREA Xtrem is the world’s only week-long trail run with stages, which accommodates its trail runners in apartments Pierre et Vacances that are 4-star or higher… so you can sleep on a good mattress as if you were at home!
- A buffet-style breakfast is served every morning.
- A proper daily meal awaits all the ultra-trail runners after racing (OUREA Xtrem, OUREA 130 and OUREA 120)
- Offered to all the ultra-trail runners (OUREA Xtrem, OUREA 130 and OUREA 120), every evening, a sumptuous buffet will be served for dinner along with a presentation of the day’s results, video extracts and photos. There will be a quick briefing about the next day’s race, with a great atmosphere guaranteed by our hosts!
- Daily aid stations are offered along the courses with high-energy drinks, water and solids.
- Qualified medical staff follow the race and can intervene in the event of any major issue.
- 14 hotspots for families or spectators will be accessible without a car from the Portes du Soleil ski lifts
